How it works

Three steps, built around your child.

No big classes and no guesswork. We find the gaps, make a plan, and work through it together each week.

1

Assessment

A qualified teacher pinpoints exactly where your child needs help, and where they're already strong.

2

A plan for your child

We build a programme around those gaps, not a one-size-fits-all class.

3

Weekly lessons

Small groups, every week, until it clicks, the marks lift and the confidence shows.

What we teach

Every subject, every grade.

Tap a subject to see how we approach it. Each one is taught by a teacher who knows that syllabus inside out.

The change shows up at home, too.

Questions parents ask

How much does tutoring cost?

You pay per subject, per weekly lesson (see the fees above). Your child's assessment happens in the first lesson at no extra charge, so we know exactly where to start.

Which grades and subjects do you cover?

Grade 1 to Grade 12, in English, Maths, Maths Literacy, Physical Science, Life Sciences and Afrikaans.

How do the lessons work?

Small groups of no more than five learners, once a week, either at our Scottsville centre or at your child's partner school. Every child follows their own programme built from their assessment.

Can lessons happen at my child's school?

Yes, we run lessons right at our partner schools (Scottsville Primary, Longmarket Girls', St Nicholas, Northern Park, Heritage Academy and Howick Prep), so there's no extra trip after school. Lessons held at school also come at a reduced fee.

Where are you based?

34 Jesmond Road, Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg. We've been helping local children since 2000.
