Our re-assessments after 20 lessons have been so rewarding —congratulations to the following students on their tremendous progress:
 
· Kiashan Naidoo’s Afrikaans grammar level 2 improved by 46%, his vocab level 1 by 27% and his  Afr comprehension by 35%
· Zama Hlongwa’s numeracy 4 score increased by 29%
· Awande Mdingi’s comprehension soared by 2 years and his spelling by 1.1 year
· Mulolo Ntumba’s reading age went up 2.2 years, his comprehension age by 1.4 years and his spelling age by 1.1 years
· Kelly Naude’s comprehension age advanced by 1.8 years
· Kienan Moodley’s comprehension age rocketed by 2.8 years
· Shelby O’Connell’s reading age progressed by 1 year and is 3 years ahead of her age
· Sphokuhle Madide’s reading age was boosted by 2.3 years
· Neliswa Khoza’s numeracy level 2 score rose 23% and her level 3 score by 20%
· Desean Hemmero’s reading leapt by 1.8 years and his spelling by a full year
· Lwazi Mbense’s spelling and comprehension escalated by almost 2 years and his reading by 1.5 years
· Nontando Mkhize’s numeracy 2 score lifted by 35%
 · Enhle Sishi’s level 4 numeracy score rose 32%
· Zime Ngubane’s comprehension rocketed by 2.4 years and her reading by 1.2 years
· Ayanda Phetha’s numeracy level 6 score improved by 23% and her spelling by a year
· S’ne Mtshali’s numeracy level 1 score increased by 78% to 100%
· Micaela Abreu’s Afrikaans reading age shot up 2.3 years
· Phelokazi Memela’s numeracy 5 score went up by 27%

Students re-assessed after 24 lessons have shown fantastic progress:

· Sbonga Mjwara’s reading age leapt by 1.5 years

· Josh Johnson’s Afrikaans reading age progressed by almost a year

· Kamogelo Machaka’s reading age increased by 1.3 years and his comprehension by 1.8 years

· Asanda Mkhwanazi’s numeracy two score rose from 30% to 90% and his problem solving from 50% to 75%

· Sne Mlaba’s reading went up by 1.7 years, her comprehension, initially at a pre-school level, is now at an 8 year old level and her spelling jumped from a late grade 1 level to a grade 3 level. She is now on track for her grade for her spelling.

· Sbongakonke Matthews’ reading age was boosted by a year and her spelling, now at grade level, by 1.4 years

· Manqoba Ngcobo’s reading shot up 1 year 8 months

· Mpume Maphanga’s reading age and spelling were both elevated by 1.7 years and her spelling is ahead of her grade level

· Zandisiwe Zondi’s reading age climbed one year and her spelling by almost a year

· Khanya Matsheke’s reading age improved by almost a year and his comprehension by exactly a year

· Alondwe Madlala’s reading age lifted by 1.8 years, his comprehension by 1.3 years and his spelling by 2 years

· Thuthu Mabaso’s numeracy score went up 50%

· Lusanda Mkhize’s spelling age progressed by 1.3 years

· Nkazi Zondi’s level 4 numeracy jumped from 45% to 77% and she scored 78% for level 5

· Nobuntu Sibisi lifted her numeracy 2 score by 40% to score a commendable 65%

· Lona Mgabe’s reading level advanced 2.2 years and her reading and spelling are above her grade norms

· Maarya Dhoda, who is halfway through grade 5, scored 95% for grade 5 numeracy and 75% for the full year grade 6 numeracy syllabus!

· Boi Nkube’s numeracy level 1 sprang up by 45%

· Mbali Dlamini’s numeracy 4 went up from 65% to 86% and she scored 91% for grade 5 concepts

· Joy Crompton’s numeracy 4 rose from 54% to 86% and she scored 77% for the grade 5 syllabus

· Donnay Bunttings’s numeracy 1 score shot up from 56% to 94% and she scored 100% for grade 2 concepts

· Mariam Deen Mohamed’s spelling improved by exactly a year and is now well ahead of her grade level

· Mandisa Ndlozi’s comprehension progressed by 1 year and her spelling by 1.4 years

_Our recent student re-assessments at TUTOR have been so great and we, along with our students, are so proud of the improvements shown:
  • Tamir Siveranain’s reassessment results have shown improvement in all areas and his level 4 test mark has improved from 32% to 73%!
  • Msho Khumalo has increased his reading age by 1 year 10 months, his spelling age by two grades and his comprehension by two years
  • Sphumelele Mhlongo’s comprehension age has increased by 1.4 years and is now grade-appropriate. Her spelling age is now well above her grade at Gr.5.8.
  • Slindokuhle Majola’s numeracy Test 1 score improved from 64% to 95%. She also scored 85% for test 2
  • Fezeka Makhathini’s reading age is up by 2 years! Her spelling age is now above her grade and up by one year. Her comprehension score improved by 2.5 years in 6 months!
  • Tatenda Moyo’s reading age has improved by over two years in 6 months. His comprehension age has improved by two years and his spelling is above his grade level
  • Jarod Naidoo’s reading age has improved by 1 year and his spelling age has gone up by 1.4 years
  • Hayden McGladdery’s reading age has improved by 10 months, his comprehension age by 2 years and his spelling age by 1.9 grades
  • Mhlengi Mbonambi’s reading age has improved by 1.10 years, his comprehension age by 6 months and his spelling age by one grade
  • Sinolwazi Khuboni’s reading age increased by 1.6 years and his spelling age by 1.2 years, bringing the latter in line with grade norms
  • Uya Dlamini’s comprehension age is up by 1.3 years, reading by 1.1. year and spelling by 1.6 grades.
  • Langa Xaba’s functional reading age soared by 2.4 years fand his spelling improved by 1.9 grades.
  • Samkelo Khumalo’s reassessment showed a 36% improvement on her initial assessment score.
  • Chris Tooke’s reading age has improved by 2 years 4 months, spelling age by 1 year 1 month and his comprehension by 1 year. His comprehension and reading age are now ahead of his chronological age and grade.
  • Stacey Geddes increased her initial maths score by 45%!
  • Katie Risk improved from 45% to 100% for her level 1 maths and she scored 95% for test 2.
